giant Alibaba Group (阿里巴巴集团) totaled 57.1 billion yuan on the shopping festival. On the New York

Stock Exchange(纽约证交所), Alibaba is the world's seventh- largest company in terms of market value(市值),

overtaking General Electric Co(通用电气) and Wal-Mart(沃尔玛), trailing only Microsoft(微软), Apple

and Google(谷歌) of the tech giants.
